To ensure your satisfaction, we will accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase, if items are in resalable condition.

The best way to ensure that your items will be in resalable condition upon receipt by us, is to pack around them tightly enough that nothing moves when the box is shaken.

Use our original packing materials and supplement with additional padding as needed.

To ensure your account is properly credited:

1. Please send an email to to inform us of the return.
2. We will issue you a return authorization number.
3. Please mark this number on the outside of the return packaging.
4. So we may quickly and properly credit your account upon receipt of your package, please write a short note with:
       • the reason for return
       • the date purchased
       • the return number
       • the telephone number where you may be reached, if necessary
       • other pertinent information we should know
5. Pack all items securely, including your note with return number, contact information, etc.

Items damaged in shipment
We take care in packing your order. However, something may arrive damaged in shipment.
